encloses your new treasure. You have found one of a select few vendors on this
or any platform who has taken safe delivery of breakables so seriously or
provides this service.
The custom foam bedding is the safest and surest way to pack any
breakable. Insulating items to protect them from dropping, throwing, and
falling during shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship anywhere in the world. If the calculated
shipping seems high, please check with us and we will be happy to research to

FREIGHT SHIPPING: All shipping quotes are estimates. After you contact us
with your city, state, and zip code, you will receive a shipping
quote. Shipping may take 2-8 weeks. We ship with white glove shippers are all
highly rated, reputable, and professional antique furniture movers. They
provide door-to-door shipping. You can expect your items will be prepped,
packaged, and shipped and we will provide all tracking information. For larger
items, delicate items or mirrors, we will obtain a professional packing quote
for you along with a shipping quote. All items are insured with FedEx, UPS,
USPS, Greyhound, and freight shippers have individualized insurance. Please
contact us for a quote! For any freight returns you pay the return shipping and
a 20% restocking fee.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate
your request. Additional fees may apply.
FREIGHT LIABILITY: Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible
for any damage incurred. You will be responsible for any claims for damage with
the carrier directly. All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. All claims must
be reported to the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after
delivery of the item. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.
VINTAGE: These are vintage and antique pieces, and therefore cannot be
expected to be perfect "brand new" pieces unless so stated in the listing. Part
of the charm of these items are their evidence of age, history, and patina. We

RETURNS: Our return policy will coincide with EBAY policy accept as allowed in
FREIGHT RETURNS: Buyer pays return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies.
SMALL & MEDIUM ITEM DAMAGED SHIPMENTS INSURANCE CLAIMS: Before filing a claim
with any sales channel. You agree to cooperate fully to obtain the insurance
pay out including providing photos of the box and contents for the claim. Do
not throw out the box. Upon notification of insurance claim (which is just a
few days normally) granted we will issue a full refund to your payment
processor. All damage items claim with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will
require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label
showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not
discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up
the item for their claims review.
FRAUD: We have a ZERO tolerance policy for fraud or theft. If there is any
return, we deem to be potential fraud, no matter the outcome of any EBAY
decision and you do not make it right. We will pursue legal action with the
appropriate authorities and courts and report the crimes. All disputes are
under the jurisdiction of laws of California and Santa Clara County.
