online at one of our 2 locations. Our newest location, Stenella Interiors is a
24,000 sq ft, beautifully arranged showroom located in Lansdale Pennsylvania.
Any of our listings beginning with the letter "L" (ex. L45647:) will be on
display at our Lansdale location. All other items are on display at our
previous Perkasie Pennsylvania warehouse location. These 2 super stores, are
approx. 10 miles apart and offer our customers over 50,000 sq feet of furniture
and home decor' items. Both locations are fully staffed with a sales associates
and warehouse staff for easy loading and pickup. If making an appointment to

furniture as well as other home decor' items. All brand new items will be
clearly indicated in the title of the listing. All NEW items are 1st quality
and direct from the manufacture unless otherwise indicated. For our pre-owned
and vintage items, we do our best to give accurate, detailed photos and
knowledgeable descriptions. While we try to source only the cleanest and best
pre-owned pieces, sometimes these items may have some minor light signs of
gentle household use or wear. Many of the items we offer for sale are pre-owned
or vintage. Normal minor signs of use or wear may be present, such as minor
nicks, dings or light rubs. We do our best to give accurate, detailed photos

Stenella Antiques and Interiors is now able to obtain discounted shipping
quotes or arrangements for most areas of the country for our customers. Please
feel free to message us with your zip code and any special needs and we will be
glad to quickly obtain quotes on your behalf to make the shipping choice. We
will obtain multiple quotes and pass the quotes and details along to you.
Message us directly for discounted quotes East of the Mississippi river. We can
obtain drastically reduced rates and arrange shipping details for you to many
of these areas. Including Florida, Texas, Illinois and most all Eastern states.
All Shipping is third party and we are only obtaining quotes and passing your
contact information along to the shipping company who will pick up from our
location and deliver directly to you. They will contact you prior to delivery.
Estimated delivery time is typically 4-6 weeks, sometimes sooner, sometimes
longer depending scheduling. (items shipped via UPS will be much sooner, please
check with shippers to confirm time frames) (Because the shipping companies DO
NOT work for us, these times are not guaranteed and only estimated based on
past experiences.) You are more than welcome to pickup or to use any shipper of
your choice.

Items may be picked up by purchasing customer or hired shipper of their
choice. We understand the need to hire a shipper on large or distant items.
Customers are always invited to pick up from our showrooms or warehouse.

Shipping is the responsibility of Buyer to arrange and hire. If it is for a
quote that we directly gave, we will be glad to forward your information on in
order to expedite shipping. Details will be confirmed with buyer when arranged.
Payment for shipping will be paid directly to the shipping company. All items
are ready for shipment at close of auctions. Shipping companies will do all
their own packaging or wrapping prior to delivery. We Do NOT package or crate
items for the delivery companies. This is for your protection and ours. All
packing and crating must be done by an insured shipping company. The above,
listed companies, will accommodate all the packing, wrapping etc. If using a
company of your choice, be sure they will properly package for shipping and
that items will be insured. If you require special packing or crating prior to
pickup, please contact us and we can get a quote for you through a local
packing agent.
Please understand that all shipping is third party and we cannot be
responsible for delays and issues beyond our control. We do everything possible
to ensure prompt delivery but certain circumstances such as scheduling,
weather, traffic etc. are encountered by shipping companies on a regular basis.
Shippers are picking up items on the sellers behalf, items being removed are

purchases at either of our 2 locations. Since our items are located at 2
different facilities, it is recommended to make an appointment prior to pickup
to be sure you will be coming to correct location. All of our items are
available for preview prior to bidding or purchasing online at one of our 2

It is agreed that Stenella Antiques and Interiors is an online furniture
retailer, selling goods to consumers and that all items are being sold in as-is
condition with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied.
Stenella Antiques and Interiors makes every effort to accurately describe and
photograph any and all items to the best of their ability. It is suggested that
buyer make all inquiries and questions prior to committing to an online
purchase. All items are available for preview and inspection at one of our
showrooms and all potential buyers are invited to come view and inspect prior
to making final purchase. Buyers are welcome to hire or have their own third
party make inspections of items prior to committing if they do desire. The
buyer, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or
otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company he represents, both
jointly and severally agrees to indemnify and save harmless Stenella Antiques
and Interiors as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys
and its consignors, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages,
costs, and losses of any nature, including injury and death, arising from the
purchase or use of any items. All items are sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" without any
guarantees or warranty expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any
nature whatsoever in respect of the lots offered at the auction. Specifically,
but without limitation, Stenella Antiques and Interiors makes no representation
or warranty that any of the lots conform to any standard in respect of safety,
pollution or hazardous material, or fit for any particular purpose. Buyers are
encouraged to make their own physical inspection and rely solely on that
inspection before bidding. Failure to inspect does not negate that Bidders
responsibility to perform under the auction terms and conditions. Purchaser is
responsible for all shipping and delivery charges for all items purchased.
Stenella Antiques and Interiors and its employees make no recommendations as to
any carrier or delivery companies. Stenella Antiques and Interiors does have a
list of approved carriers on their website and in the showrooms as a courtesy
to any potential buyer. Purchasers are welcome to use any licensed carrier of
their choice providing they provide Stenella Antiques and Interiors with a Bill
of Lading, condition report and are insured and authorized to carry such goods.
Any refunds, either cash or credit, shall be for up to the purchase price only;
shipping costs excluded. In no way shall Stenella Antiques and Interiors be
held liable for any damages or loss in excess of the original purchase amount.
All shipping is at the expense of the buyer and shall be paid directly to
appropriate shipping company. Stenella Antiques and Interiors and its employees
will not be held liable for any damage, loss or delays caused by any shipping
carrier or agent. State and local sales tax will be assessed and collected on
all purchases unless legal exemption documentation is provided at the time of
sale. Purchaser shall not be entitled to remove any item from the showroom
facility until all his purchases are paid for in full including all applicable
goods, rendered services, sales or use taxes. Purchaser is responsible for
insuring his purchases immediately. Stenella Antiques and Interiors shall not
be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any purchase once the item leaves
Stenella Antiques or Stenella Interiors warehouse or showrooms. Stenella
Antiques and Interiors shall not be held liable or at fault for any, but not
limited to any workmanship, improvements, adaptions performed on items. This
includes but is not limited to upholstery work, refinishing, lighting,
electrical, alterations. In the event of damage or loss, Stenella Antiques and
Interiors will provide whatever documentation is necessary to help buyer
receive insurance or reimbursement from shipping company in the rare occurrence
of damage or loss. Stenella Antiques and Interiors will allow for the return of
any purchase within 30 days of payment for any reason and without prior
approval. Purchaser just needs to contact Stenella Antiques and Interiors
before 30 days and refund of purchased item will be authorized and given once
item is returned. Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was
sold. There are special exceptions, but prior approval must be granted by
Stenella Antiques and Interiors via email or writing stating revised agreement.
Items being delivered can be returned for full refund if item is refused at
time of delivery. Any charges or fees due to shipper will be responsibility of
buyer and need to be satisfied directly with the shipping company. Items
returned outside of these time frames, or returned at later date can be offered
for sale at Stenella Antiques or Stenella Interiors on a consignment basis.
Contact Stenella Antiques or Stenella Interiors for consignment procedure and
contract for resale of these items on . Any purchased items that are paid
for, but not picked up within 6 months of purchase will be resold and any
monies received forfeited (unless prior arrangements have been made). We will
gladly store and hold items for up to 45 days at no charge, after that a
storage fee of up to $45 per month will be applied. This balance would need to
be paid prior to any item to being removed from the premises. Stenella Antiques
is located at 104 S. Second St, Perkasie PA, 18944 and Stenella Interiors is
located at 800 W Second St, Lansdale PA, 19446. These are the only 2 locations
and we are not affiliated with any other store, shipping company or online
marketplace. Stenella Antiques and Stenella Interiors wants all of its
