It is well known that Van Gogh, a famous impressionist painter, copied it. Ohashi Bridge was built in the direction of Fukagawa Rokken-bori from Hamamachi in Nihonbashi, and was called Ataka (Ataka) because there was a shipyard of Ataka Maru, a chartered ship of the Shogunate. About Hiroshige UTAGAWA～
Tokaido Gojusan-tsugi" (53 Stations of the Tokaido), a 55 map book published by Hoei-do during the Tenpo era, was a big hit and he painted many scenic views of the Tokaido after that. In his last work, "Meisho Edo Hyakkei" (One Hundred Famous Views of Edo), he created masterpieces full of poetic sentiment in the paintings of flowers and birds, and portrayed Edo's landscape in each of the four seasons with his unique point of view and rich sensibility. The series is also known for Van Gogh's reproduction.
