patented Antique IRON Tapered bed pins (set of  4)  fits a specific antique bed rail (loop rail beds). (these are in no way related  to the tapered pin  rails  that are used on most  common  Vintage  iron beds, not the same  size, not related, do not order for this purpose no returns ) We custom make these using an original bed pin as a model.We then test on a Loop rail bed.They fit like the original which are quite rare, see details of how they  fit in our pics .We have discovered there are 2 sizes of these tapered pins,( we have no way of knowing  which size  is required so we send 2 pins)  when purchasing a set we send one of each size so the buyer  can determine the correct pin size then advise us which pin fits best , the pin will stand  up 3/8"- 1/2" inch when installed , approximate ( pins must be installed  with rail inserted in bed  to determine a fit, again see pics ) we will  send the other 3 pins,and you return the incorrect  pin. This policy has worked well for everyone purchasing these pins and insures a good fit .Return incorrect pin to   address given at time of purchase or use address on package we send)  , these are for specific use & testing on old beds...not for copying our  patented design, we do not accept returns unless we see a pic of the pin inserted ( we have had  patent infringement issues with our  product ...do you own research don't copy some one else's work
