This is a very fine example of S Indian 'lost wax' sacred miniature statuary.
Vishnu'(the Preserver) is one of the triumvirate including 'Brahma', 'Shiva'
and 'Vishnu'. This piece originated in the State of Karnataka in S India. It
is from the 18th c. 3 1/2"H
