Antique Country French Queen Size Solid Walnut Bed with Hand Carved Roses circa 1870. Exceptionally fine hand carvings on headboard and foot board. Nothing glows as richly as solid walnut!! Width 69" ,Height 67 1/2"  and Length 82". Prettier in person than in the photos. Elegant and outstanding example of French Louis XV design. We have converted this bed with iron rails which allow the length to fit a regular queen size mattress, see photos. The mattress sits directly on top of the steel rails. The original wooden carved rails will be shipped with the bed. If you desire the iron rails can be replaced with the original rails thus not affecting the antique value of the bed. Available for pick up in Dallas, flat rate shipping in Continental USA $595 with insurance.  Buy with confidence with our 100% positive feedback.
